FY 2026 Mid-Year Performance Review and Analysis (PRA) and Planning Conference
The PAGASA conducted its FY 2026 Mid-Year Performance Review and Analysis (PRA) and Planning Conference on June 25-26, 2026 at the Amihan Conference Room, 2nd Floor of the PAGASA Central Office. The activity was attended by the PAGASA Administrator, Dr. Nathaniel T. Servando, together with the Deputy Administrators, Division Chiefs, Section Chiefs, Project Focal Persons, and Planning Officers. PAGASA Regional Service Division Chiefs and other concerned personnel joined the conference through an online platform.
The two-day conference served as a venue for discussing key organizational and operational priorities of DOST-PAGASA. The first day focused on the Agency’s proposed organizational structure for consideration in line with R.A. 1223, or the Government Optimization Act, a reform measure aimed at strengthening the institutional capacity and efficiency of government agencies.
The second day was dedicated to the assessment of the Agency’s performance versus its first semester FY 2026 targets, the presentation of plans and priorities for the second semester of FY 2026, and presentation on the preparatory activities for the formulation of the FY 2028 Budget Proposal.
