CPC Leaky Soil Moisture Model captured an increase in soil moisture percentage in Ilocos Region, CAR, Zambales, Tarlac, Nueva Ecija, Palawan, Antique, most of NIR, Central Visayas, Northern Mindanao and the eastern section of Zamboanga Peninsula and some areas in Davao region, while a decrease of soil moisture was observed over the rest of the country.
